I told someone recently that I was a problem solver. If you have a room, garage, basement, or entire house full of stuff you don’t want, don’t know what to do with, or simply don’t have the time to mess with, contact me. I will buy it all. Antiques, Collectibles, Furniture, Junk, Appliances, Clothing, Tools, whatever. I’m not going to rip you off or take advantage of the situation, but I do this for a living and have to make money. It takes knowledge and alot of work to dispose of an estate. I do it all the time, have the labor and the resources to do it quickly and efficiently.
You could have a Kansas City garage sale, but then you have to price everything and hope buyers show up to your home with cash to make it go away. Then you still have to get rid of all the stuff that doesn’t sell.
You could pay someone to have an Kansas City estate sale for you, but you will have to spend time finding someone to do it, they will take over your home for a weekend (not to mention all the time spent before hand organizing everything), you will still have to pay to haul off all the stuff that doesn’t sell. The folks that run estate sales often want to bring in other merchandise of their own which then competes with your stuff to sell. Estate sales again rely on people coming to your place with cash in hand to purchase.
You could have an auction, but have many of the same issues as above. Keep in mind that 90% of the people that go to garage sales, estate sales, and auctions are buying stuff to resale and make a profit. If you have $10,000 worth of stuff, it is going to sell for $5,000 and you will have to pay the estate sale person or auctioneer a percentage so you might only end up with $2,000 – $3,000.
You could spend the time and energy to sell your items online via eBay or Craigslist, but you probably don’t have the time and expertise to do it successfully.
Or you could contact us and we’ll make you a cash offer to solve your problem.
